Michael Chilton
Mike Chilton is one of America's most experienced executives in the energy industry and founder of FluxPoint Energy.
In a previous role, Chilton was Executive Vice President of GE Hitachi Global Nuclear Fuels. Chilton served as Senior Vice President, Global Engineering and Construction at The AES Corp. As a member of the executive leadership team, he helped set strategy, allocate capital, develop business opportunities, and execute over $8 billion of complex, globally diverse power projects. He oversaw projects ranging from $2 billion hydro and thermal developments to $50 million renewable projects.
Chilton has also held leadership positions with GE’s energy divisions, including Managing Director, Contractual Services for GE Energy Services; President & CEO for GE Energy, Xinhua Controls Solutions in Shanghai; and President, Joint Conversion Company for GE Nuclear Energy, a $500 million revenue international uranium business. Mike earned a JD and MBA in addition to a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. He holds two nuclear-related patents and has served on multiple boards. Mike has worked in 18 countries, including Australia, Chile, China, France, India, Japan, Jordan, and Vietnam.
Chief Executive OfficerRodrigo Gonzalez Arbizu
Rodrigo Gonzalez Arbizu brings more than 20 years of experience leading complex energy and infrastructure projects across development, financing, procurement, construction, and operations, with deep expertise in global infrastructure delivery, conventional power, and utility-scale renewable energy.
He most recently serves as Vice President of Project Delivery and Procurement at Earthrise Energy, where he leads more than $2 billion of utility-scale projects totaling approximately 2 GWDC, overseeing delivery, engineering, construction, interconnection, supply chain, environmental and safety, and governance. He has established procurement and risk frameworks, secured more than $2 billion in equipment and construction services, supported over $630 million in financing, and previously built Earthrise’s FP&A function and supported key acquisitions.
Previously, Rodrigo held leadership roles at Peg-Gen Holdings and Pegasus Global Holdings, leading development initiatives across the U.S. and Latin America and advising on construction management, contracts, and dispute resolution. Earlier, he spent more than 12 years at The AES Corporation, ultimately serving as Managing Director of Projects – Global E&C, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of conventional and renewable power projects.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University and an MBA from Georgetown University and has served on the boards of renewable energy and infrastructure companies.
Chief Operating OfficerChristopher J. Rimel
Chris Rimel is chief of staff and chief communications officer for FluxPoint Energy. He brings more than 20 years of involvement in energy - ranging from the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations, where he worked on post-Fukushima industry response; at Duke Energy, where he won in 2018 a Silver Anvil Award from the Public Relations Society of America for nuclear storytelling; and at NRG Energy in Texas, where he managed generation communications during Winter Storm Uri in February 2022. He also worked at GE Vernova Nuclear Energy in Wilmington, N.C., where he was awarded as a Changemaker in 2024. Rimel has a master’s in business administration (Technology) from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has completed post-graduate nuclear studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Rimel is a decorated US Army combat veteran, having served in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other locations. He became company commander on Sept. 9, 2001. He remains active in the Army Reserve.

Jane Stricker
Jane Stricker is a senior energy executive and board director with more than two decades of experience developing effective strategies and driving organizations to succeed in complex, high-stakes environments. She most recently served as the senior vice president of energy at the Greater Houston Partnership where she built and led the Houston Energy Transition Initiative (HETI), a globally recognized industry coalition that catalyzed more than $4.4B in new energy investment and 8,000 jobs in four years while re-positioning Houston as a global hub for energy innovation, investment and thought leadership. She previously spent 20+ years in senior leadership roles with BP where she led the development and delivery of the 2019 National Petroleum Council Study on Carbon Capture Use and Storage and BP’s compliance efforts under two U.S. federal regulatory agreements, and managed $40B+ in asset divestments and liquidity following the Deepwater Horizon incident. Jane serves on the board of Greentown Labs, North America's largest energy and climate technology incubator. She holds an MBA from Loyola University in Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Maryland.

Jeff Lyash is recognized as a leading nuclear and utility leader in North America, with more than 40 years of experience in electric utilities and nuclear power. He has served as president and chief executive officer of the Tennessee Valley Authority and Ontario Power Generation and held senior roles at CB&I Power, Duke Energy, and Progress Energy, including president and CEO of Progress Energy Florida. Lyash previously served as chair of the Nuclear Energy Institute, the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations, the World Association of Nuclear Operations AC, and the Electric Power Research Institute. Lyash began his career in 1981 at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in technical and management positions and received the NRC Meritorious Service Award in 1987. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from Drexel University, has held a senior reactor operator license. Lyash also is an Independent Director at Dominion Energy.

John Sharp is former chancellor of Texas A&M. He served more than three decades as a state representative, state senator, railroad commissioner, and Texas comptroller before becoming chancellor of The Texas A&M University System in 2011. He retired as the System’s longest-serving chancellor in 2025.
Sharp earned a bachelor’s in political science from Texas A&M. He was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the Army Reserve and later earned a master’s in public administration from Texas State University, receiving distinguished alumnus honors from both institutions.
Sharp was the driving force that became the Texas A&M RELLIS, a 2,400-acre technology and innovation campus in Bryan, Texas, as part of a project dubbed “The Energy Proving Ground.”

Jennifer Skylakos has specialized in the infrastructure and energy space for more than 15 years and leads the Sustainable Infrastructure & Energy Practice at DHR Global where she also serves on the North American Executive Committee. Skylakos began her career as an Attorney Advisor through the Attorney General’s Honors Program at the U.S. Department of Justice and then as an Associate at Fragomen in New York City, specializing in corporate immigration law. After her career in law, Skylakos became Managing Partner of a boutique consulting firm where she was the Head of Infrastructure and Energy for the Americas. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and international relations from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law, where she earned a Certificate in Global Law & Practice and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of International Law & Commerce.

Leo Weitzenhoff is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group, where he leads large-scale strategy and transformation programs for major corporate and energy-sector clients. Before entering consulting, he was a Branch Head in the US Navy’s Naval Nuclear Reactors program, overseeing engineering teams and budgets for Ohio-class submarine systems and spent-fuel facilities, and was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal. He holds dual summa cum laude degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Finance (Wharton) from the University of Pennsylvania, an MSES in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School with nuclear engineering training at Bettis Reactor Engineering School, and an MBA with high distinction from Harvard Business School.

Jay Wileman is a nuclear industry executive who served as president and chief executive officer of GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy, leading its global nuclear reactor and services business and overseeing the GE–Hitachi joint venture.
He previously held senior roles across GE’s energy portfolio, including president of GE Energy Sub-Saharan Africa, CEO of GE Equipment Services Rail Services, and leadership positions in mining and oil and gas, after starting his career as a nuclear fuel engineer and commercial manager at Southern Nuclear. Wileman holds a Bachelor of Science in nuclear engineering from Mississippi State University and an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
